Workouts? Oh I am so oh so excited for mine today and the following days to come because there is a new Brian challenge! Yippee! I love his workouts and challenges so this is coming at a great time. Today starting with total body drop sets. Anybody else in on it? If not, what are you doing? Nothing to something, let's go for it!
Food is always...something. The coffee is certain.
