Abbreviations

When reading the workout write-ups, it would be helpful if the abbreviations (SA, SL, RDL, KTE, SLDL, etc) that are by each exercise were fully written, maybe at the top of the workout or if exercises are done by side (left then right) at least on the first side. I think it would make it easier to see/know what to expect when quickly glancing through the work out,and It might be easier for someone new to FB to know what's going on too.
