Weekend Ghosting: Sunday October 20th

Good Sunday morning everyone!

I'm posting this quick before getting Paige up and ready to go run! It's chilly this morning, but should be a beautiful day for a race.

What about you guys though? What fun activities do you have going on? I feel like several of us tend to rest in the weekends to recover from the week before, but sneak in movement via chores. Do you mark your calendars as workout complete for chores like cleaning house/weeding or perhaps active recovery? While I view them as forms of working out, I usually only mark it as active recovery if I've been outside working most of the day (for example, doing these French drains). It's hard to mentally wrap our brains around that sometimes.

I plan to do a stretch with Paige when we get home.

Dinner will be our typical pizza. What are you guys having? Steak and chips, leftovers, or still just coffee?
