How to deal with feeling unmotivated?

Good morning FB Family! First time-poster, long-time Blender :)

Anyone have experience with breaking out of a slump? I've worked out regularly for years, and usually look forward to getting up and exercising, but lately have been feeling unmotivated. Each time I work out, I really have to psyche myself up to start and get through a workout - and I've quit a few in the middle, as well as just sat on my couch instead. I've been thinking of joining a gym to shake things up, but the nearest one to me is pretty expensive. I've been trying to walk my dogs more at least, but there's only so much time in a day.

Any have tips for breaking out of a slump? Any support or advice is appreciated!
