Total Body Low Impact Movement

This 27-minute workout is all about getting your body moving. It's perfect for those looking for an active recovery or if you do not have much energy. Are you new to exercise or coming back from an exercise hiatus? This routine has what you are looking for! Each exercise is gentle, low-impact, and easy to modify. The intervals are on the longer side (50 seconds), so you can take your time and move at a pace that feels comfortable for your body. 

Now, you might wonder what an active recovery is or why you want to do one. Active recoveries are low-impact exercises that aid in the rest and recovery process. Unlike an inactive rest day, active recoveries can improve blood flow, facilitate faster muscle recovery, reduce lactic acid buildup, and improve overall performance.
