Brainfart Help: Tasha Program with Rest Week Advice?

I remember seeing a program by Tasha where, in the description, she writes about how to use the program for strength training, including rest weeks. Basically, she offers broad guidelines for how to interleave training and rest.

I'm currently looking to plan a rest week, and I wanted to revisit Tasha's advice — but I'm drawing a total blank on which program it was, and I can't seem to find it! Does this ring a bell for anyone?
