You won’t feel the traditional “ab burn” like you would with floor based exercises but, I promise this work is super important and effective. We target the deepest layer of abdominals to maximize stability, balance, and coordination. Don’t be surprised if your legs and shoulders get involved a bit too!
We will do a quick 3-minute warmup to activate and mobilize, followed by a 10-minute core circuit. I really enjoyed the variety because this workout had no repeats, except to switch sides. Be sure to grab 2-3 different weights for dumbbells.
