HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group : Wednesday October 16th
Hi Friends.
It is a double hump day - Wednesday and literally the middle of October. Maybe you are thinking about Hallowe'en or already about Christmas? I am just taking it day by day here.
I am hoping by the weekend I can get back to the gym. Nothing intense planned but some light cardio (maybe the bike) and some band work. I have to be mindful of my sprained rib so no lifting.
Leftovers are for dinner. I wanted lentil tacos last night but there were absolutely no lentils or anything of the sort at the store. The shelf was wiped clean. Luckily they had ground turkey instead. It turned out yummy. So I have some extra time this evening to finally organize a baby gift for my friend and do a couple practice writings for German.
What is on your plan today? Maybe not much and that is ok too.
