New Plus Workout! Strength Basics 2

Hey FB Family!!

I wanted to continue to build and focus on strength with Strength Basics 2, the perfect follow-up to Part One. Today's workout will continue to focus on mastering simple, practical movements. Whether you are still getting comfortable with strength training or ready to take it up a notch, this workout has something for everyone.

In this workout, we're sticking with foundational moves like deadlifts, lunges, and rows—but adding an AMRAP format to help you focus on form while keeping a steady pace. This format lets you move at your own speed, whether working on perfecting each rep or challenging yourself to push a little harder.

This workout is about refining what we worked on in Part One while introducing new elements to keep things fresh. Beginners can use lighter weights and concentrate on proper technique, while those with more experience can up the intensity with heavier weights. You may have seen many of the movements in this workout in some of the level 4 and 5 workouts in Fitness Blender, making this workout the perfect way to work up to those tougher challenges and variations.

Strength Basics 2 is a chance to build confidence and strengthen your foundation. Plus, it's flexible enough to fit into your weekly routine—you can do this as a standalone or pair it with Part One a few times a week for a weekly strength program.
