New Workout: Total Body Low Impact Strength

Hello!

Who is excited about my newest total body strength routine?!?

Total Body Low Impact Strength

This 29-minute workout has a warm-up and a cool-down, and the body of the workout is about 16.5 minutes long. Each exercise focuses on building strength while placing less stress on your joints. Depending on the weights you choose, this routine could range in difficulty from a 2/5 to a 5/5. Please note that if you cannot perform an exercise through a full range of motion with proper form or technique, then the weights you are holding are too heavy. 

The great thing about this routine is that it combines the benefits of strength training with the benefits of low-impact exercises. For example, low-impact exercises are more gentle on your joints, prioritize balance and stability, can reduce the risk of injury, and are appropriate for all fitness levels. All of which can help you stay consistent with your fitness goals!
