We’ve got a heart-pumping treat for you today: 

Sweaty HIIT for Cardio Conditioning

Are you in the mood for some stress relieving and mind clearing cardio? If so, you’ve come to the right place! Today’s release includes 3 different HIIT circuits designed to test your cardiovascular system while kicking boredom to the curb. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of rest between each one to help you catch your breath. 

Let’s take a second to review safety with cardio conditioning. Since we rated this routine a Level 5, it’s considered as vigorous physical activity. Studies show that 75 minutes of vigorous cardiovascular exercise per week is heart protective whereas >75 minutes per week is countereffective, especially for people over the age of 45. Experts also recommend taking at least one day of active rest to avoid injury and overtraining. 

Easier said than done, though. We hear all the time how difficult it can be to take a day off. So let’s inspire one another with our NSV in the comments below before we head into today’s workout!
