I just finished the Strength Block (after needing to take breaks for an injury and a cold), and I really, really enjoyed it! I loved the focus on building strength, and the "deload" week in between each 10-day challenge. That was a new concept to me, and really forced me to slow down and train my body in ways that I might not have otherwise. I would love to see another strength block in the future!
