2 years ago, I set a goal to complete FB fit 8 weeks, the three rounds, and I lost more than 12 kgs, started at 68 kg, and reached 53kg. and then I had a fallout as I fell on my feet, which led to me stopping my workouts. since then I haven't completed a workout. nor do I have the energy to work out it's like I am burnt out from working out. I gained 3 kg since then. I want to get back to working out, but I don't know how to get back.
