New Workout! Versatile Upper Body Supersets

Good morning! How are we doing today?

Versatile Upper Body Supersets

This might look like ‘just another strength workout’... and I’m not going to lie, in many ways it is! Staying strong and achieving our mental and physical goals comes from plain old consistency after all. Aside from that, in true Erica fashion, I had to add some flair :) We complete 5 supersets, each repeated twice. You’ll see traditional exercises, unique exercises, some tempo training, and isometrics. 

I wanted this to be an upper body strength workout that was well-rounded and didn’t feel too involved if that makes sense. It gets the job done (I mean I was sore the next day!) yet doesn’t completely exhaust you. It’s a great maintenance, everyday routine for those upper body muscles!
