HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group October 6th

Hello beautiful Blenders,

The first October week is already over. Halloween is almost here and I have a month filled with so many online meetings, a workshop in Dingle where I will join, a conference I wanted to go to. But I'm not sure if that will work, because at the same day I'm part of a online podcast recording and I need a quiet room for that. I have to asked if that is available on the main campus where the conference is. Than I could sneak out for the recording.

It is time for me to get my priorities straight again and change little things, which would be good to be changed. Spanish works brilliantly. I consistently learn each day. I did a lot of physical activities over the last month but it's time to jump back into proper workouts, I miss them. And I wanted to cut back on coffee. I thought it could be a good thing to do to moderate my coffee intake a bit.

What are your plans for today and the coming week. Any workouts on the horizon? I will go to our dance practice today. The performance will be in three weeks so things need to come together, now.
