Hi all, I completed week 1 of stronger with Erica. Over the weekend I have hurt my foot so want to rest it. Are there any workouts you recommend that involve less standing or have seated options. I would like to keep active and not lose momentum especially with the winter coming. If I stop I probably won't start again! I briefly tried move better with kayla but too much standing and lunges etc. Cheers!
