How are you?

I wanna give a big thank you to Lea for ghosting this weekend--and to my wonderful co-host Raven for hosting, even while dealing with Helene. I am so glad you and your loved ones are ok; and I hope the clean-up isn't too extensive.

I'm also thinking of the others who have been affected by this hurricane. It was devastating in some ares. So sending some good thoughts to those who are still dealing with it.

Alright as for our check-in here, let's talk workouts, shall we? What do your workouts look like for today?

I'm going to start Tasha's challenge today--so lower body for me!

What's on the menu for today?

I dunno. I'm tired and coffee's the only thing that sounds good atm.
