As I age my knees “talk” to me more and more. I would love a knee friendly challenge. Ideally the workout would be mostly level 4 but there would be no jumping. Also, liming the lunges and split squats would be welcomed. I’m finishing Nicole’s recently challenge and I love it but I would like to be able to move to something just a little more challenging but also knee friendly.
