Hi there Pals! I feel bad about not getting back to you and maybe one day I’ll find the time and energy but right now my overwhelmometer (here’s a new word for you) is about to fall apart from overwork.

I did Day 4 of Strong 2 which sounds like a secret code but in reality, it was a nice upper-body routine with Tasha. I’m not saying my arm is perfectly healed, though. It’s not bad but it’s not as good as it should be. I managed to learn how to modify various moves that might aggravate it so it’s gonna be fine. Hopefully.
