New Workout! Back Strengthening and Stretching

Hi everyone!

All Back: Strengthening and Stretching 

The title says it all — we’re taking an all-back focus for our release today! We will offset strength training intervals with stretching to restore and improve posture. We place a special emphasis on our mind-to-muscle connection — today is not about lifting your max weight but rather seeing how connected and engaged with your muscles and form you can be. 

Grab your mat, a bench or chair, and light to medium dumbbells! I thought the incorporation of stretching intervals during the workout was so needed and refreshing, making me approach each strength interval with full energy. 

Come try this workout and see for yourself the power that comes from intentional movement! Specifically, our back where most of us could use some extra attention offsetting less than ideal postural patterns 🙂
