For myself, there is a hurricane looming somewhere and apparently heading towards me. I'm prepping and planning, but hoping things go alright for myself and anyone in the path.
Anyway, let's get to those workouts. Got one planned? Will be wanting to try that total body new one with Nicole, but do share all your sweats and stretches.
Food is looking like a salad and chicken, you know, that scary healthy stuff 😉
