This community highly requested to create a short work break all-standing low-impact cardio routine - here it is! I prioritized all of this when crafting this short workout. It’s simple and straightforward, exactly what you want when you just have a few minutes to get moving! There is no standalone warm-up, we ease right into the exercises and aim to maintain a steady heart rate that doesn’t make us feel like we need breaks (opposite of HIIT!). You can read more about the benefits of LISS (low-impact steady-state) cardio in the write-up. These exercises will get your blood pumping, loosen up your body, and may very likely cause you to break a small sweat - I sure did. Keep that in mind if you’re staying in your work clothes :)
This level 2 routine also works as an active recovery day or to turn on anytime you need that break to connect with your body like after sitting for a long period of time.
I’m also taking requests for any express or shorter routines you’d like to see! Feel free to drop them below or in the comments of the workout.
