Sharing my goals, and my prep activities. I'm already proud of myself!

Hi there!

I used Fitness Blender to get in shape and stay healthy during the lockdowns and now I came back to have a regular workout routine again. I am aiming to loose weight (my ideal weight goal is 58 kg, I have to check my weight now, but somewhere around 64-66 kg or maybe even more?) and gain strength, especially triceps and abs! My aim is to work out 3-4x a week, plus do yoga 1-2x a week.

My motivation is to feel good and strong in my body, feel energized, support my mental health and get those strong triceps and toned arms that I always wanted!

My doctor also suggested that I start doing strength exercises, and lifting weight, I'll also add it in the next weeks. I was advised to eat more protein, and I created a list of breakfast and lunch options that are high in protein to make it easier to implement. It's working well. I can have my protein powder to put it in my muesli also with me while I travel.

I established my movement routine by cycling, jogging and walking for a few weeks, then I added yoga, and after doing shorter workouts in the past week, today I had my first 30-min workout!

I've a meal routine, I eat 5 times a day, the same time each day, and 80% of the time I cook for myself. I eat healthy snacks (nuts, fruit bar) 2x between the meals. I'm a Vata type in Ayurveda and I need to eat frequently but small portions to feel well.

I practice mindful eating to support the process: I started with removing screen during meals, and as a next step I chant a meal prayer before eating.
