What about a workout? Will moving around feel good? ..There is a challenge complete in my near future as I have the last day of Nicole's challenge on the menu. It's been a very nice challenge in regards to how varied it is, along with a strength focus. And the 30 minutes a day is a nice incentive if you've been short on time or don't feel like commiting to something longer. Very good if you are starting out or just want to mix it up as I find it modifying simply just by lifting heavier. Anyway, all that to say it has been good.
Food is good too, so what is that for you? I'm going to have to find a pizza around here...
Picture today is of a Cypress Vine. I got them vining around some wooden posts and the red flowers are beautiful, the color such a bold red. This one looks as if it has been through a week, but nevertheless here for a Flower Friday.
