It's Friday Eve again and that means we better talk up/review the (g)hosting schedule:

Ok, so what is everyone up to? Working out? I am with Nicole! It's an active recovery cardio and mobility workout. Sure to feel nice. Here's hoping the movement is good for you today.

And there always needs to be nice food. My coffee is nice; after all, it is pumpkin spice. I'm just trying to summon Fall. It's right around the corner. I can almost feel it in the breeze.

Picture is of the full moon a couple nights ago. Looked pretty epic rising above the trees. Camera doesn't capture the epicness, so you'll have to take my word for it.
