Unilateral Glutes and Core Stability

Today’s release is both express and takes place all on the floor from the moment you press play until the ‘workout complete’ screen. It’s an inviting way to get moving when you’re not quite feeling something high energy, but want to connect with the strength of your body, feel grounded, and aligned. Use it as an add on, stand-alone, or repeat the workout portion twice to lengthen it out and practice the exercises even more! 

I have been in a season of doing shorter yet effective workouts and I can still feel the same benefits! It may be met with some resistance at first, but surrendering to what our body is calling for will always lead us to the safest approach to exercise and allow us to be consistent.
