our trainers are the best of the best, but sometimes I have a hard time seeing what their foot positioning is (i.e., flexed or pointed, narrow, at an angle) because their shoes or socks blend in with their mats! so, a silly request, but, for me one that would be helpful: light-colored shoes or socks for our trainers if they're working out on dark mats. i especially struggle to see Brian's feet because he's in the black sock club. :)
