Any workouts?
I'm continuing to hang out with Nicole as I am on the second week of her challenge. I'm really loving it so far. The shorter workouts has done wonders for my energy and desire to up my intensity during the workout. Just goes to show that it's good to change it up from time to time.
But what about you? Are you in the middle or starting any programs or challenges? Taking things down a notch is all good too!
And then c'mon and share your food with us! In this moment, I only have coffee to offer.
We are already mid-Septembering it, but I have a picture leftover from Dogust for you today. FT Kr has a perfectly sand frosted nose for you to boop. Complete with an Eastern Red Cedar needle stuck to him as well. Such talent we've got here😂
