Back to training, getting bored easily - which programme to start?

Hello!

After 5 years of going from one diet&workout to another - just to lose 4-5 kilos - in the summer my problematic shoulder caused some problems, I got discouraged and bored of working out and took a long break.

Tomorrow I'm going to start a humane diet this time - I also want to start training again.

I already have a mini-training plan for my upper body that my physiotherapist gave me, so I can either

1- Continue with a lower body FB+ training programme only and boost it with the mini plan I mentioned above

2- Start a full body FB+ programme and still do the mini-training like twice a week.

Do you have any suggestions for a FB workout programme that would leave me fit and energetic at the end, rather than exhausted and discouraged?
