Daily Check-in: Friday, September 13th

Hello Blendfriendz!

How are you today?

It's a Friday the 13th--which is cool! We haven't had one of those in a while!

Hopefully it has good things in store for you! I know some people think Friday the 13ths are bad luck; but they've been ok for me lol. I met hubby on Friday the 13th, got engaged on a Friday the 13th, and got married on a Friday the 13th. So ya know, it's not been too bad haha.

Anywho, what does this particular Friday the 13th have in store for you?

For workouts?

Yesterday I ended up doing upper body with Erica--her negatives routine. It's one of my favorites! Today I'll do some lower body work; maybe with Brian or Tasha!

As for food? What's on the menu for today?

I'm still in coffee mode, and that's all I've got for now!

Finally:⬆️ some actual footage of me walking out of this work week like: 🍑. Don't be jelly. You only get a booty like that after eating tons and tons of salmon. So forget having a "squat booty"; "salmon booty" is where it's at. #goals

Alrighty then, that's it for me for these past two weeks! You'll be checking in with our fantastic and lovely Shab over the weekend; then back to our wonderful Miss Raven on Monday!
