Hello there, Pals! This is an all-time low. I’m an awful host. It’s nearly 3 p.m. here and I still haven’t started the thread. I’ve just heard one of my colleagues talking on the phone in Romanian which reminded me of Alina which, in turn, reminded me of the thread I haven’t started yet. So here I am.
I did Day 4 of Advanced Strength with Brian which was an upper-body routine. I love upper-body strength training. Simply because I love experimenting with lifting heavier and heavier weights. Oddly enough though, I never get as sore as when I do lower-body routines.
Moving on to our fact finder fragment, let’s talk about interesting language facts. Did you know that every single year the English dictionary sees an additional 4000 words added, making it the most evolving language? Wouldn’t it be interesting to travel about 300 years into the future to see, or rather hear, what English sounds like? Also, did you know that on average, the typical person uses only 100 words per day when speaking?
All right, Pals, I need to go now, and I still can’t promise to get back to you… I’m sorry. Tough times.
