I'm very tired. Very sick of the weather being hot (summer sucks). Dealing with allergies and hay fever to the extreme. Just yucky.

What do your workouts look like for today?
Yesterday I did the lower body workout from Day 1 of Nicole's 10 day challenge. I used heavier weights, a band, and added a couple extra sets of deadlifts. I paired that with a inner thigh add-on by Amanda.
What's on the menu for today?
Probably veggie quesadillas.
