Low-Impact: No jumping makes it friendly on the joints
All-standing: No planks for those with sensitive wrists, and no complicated floor to standing transitions
Bodyweight: No equipment needed, take this workout anywhere
Short: You make it from warm-up to ‘workout complete’ in less than 25 minutes.
This routine brings a steady state nature (not HIIT) as exercises will be performed for 40 seconds of work / 10 seconds of rest. We get the heart rate up to a moderate level and hold it there for most of the workout.
