HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 9th 🥊✨
Good Monday, Blendfriends! I hope you are all starting the week off well, and I'll remind everyone that you're always welcome to join us here for a fitness check-in, or just to read, if that's what you like. We're getting a bit of a late start from me, as I slept later than usual. This week is the "stay" part of my vacation, and I've got plenty to do -- laundry, gardening, cooking all the lovely vegetables, bringing in the houseplants from their summer home outside. Vacation, for me, means more natural fitness outdoors, so we're planning a walk on the mountain tomorrow. The forecast calls for warm weather later in the week, and I would really love to get out on the water again. My wrist is doing better with more rest, but I'm not sure to what extent I will need to rest in order to recover. I'm trying to get an appointment to see a physical therapist (no luck so far trying to see my doctor).
I plan to finish Kayla's mobility moments challenge today and will be looking around for good workouts involving no weights (or weight-bearing moves) for the wrists or hands. Maybe it's time to do a bit of kickboxing🥊!
