We've finally made it to Friday! Phew!

Hopefully the upcoming weekend will bring you good things---like having Cabob as your weekend guest host! Cabob, thank you for volunteering and we look forward to hearing from you!

Also, wanna give a shoutout to Anne. We haven't seen you check in in a couple days, so I hope everything's ok. Just know that you are missed around here ❤️

For workouts?

I'm gonna be doing some lower body and cardio. Maybe something with Erica!

As for food? What's on the menu for today?

I'm thinkin maybe some white chicken chili!
