October 5th & 6th: Inge
Inge, I added you to the first weekend of October--if that doesn't work for you, just lemme know, and we'll reschedule ya! Otherwise, we have ghosting openings in October, should anybody be interested! Just let me or Raven know, and we'll add ya to the list!
I did Brian's newest core workout with a lower back prehab add-on by Kayla yesterday. I am feelin my midsection today! As such, I'm up for some more upper body work today. Maybe something with Tasha or Brian!
As for food? What's on the menu for today?
It's gonna be a raid the fridge kinda night, and just see what we can find!
