I did Nicole's upper body workout yesterday, and I loved it! It is super challenging with those giant sets, and I am really feeling my upper back muscles today! For today tho, I think I'm going to give Erica's newest drop set workout a try!
And what's on the menu for today?
Not sure, but I think I need to do some stress baking today. It would help, methinks!
