Hello, lovelies, and Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone is doing well, are you enjoying fall? I'm enjoying the cooler weather and there's this sort of expectant feeling in the air, ahead of school starting next week. Cooler weather means better sleep and improved energy so I managed to work out two days in a row for the first time in a month. Currently freestyling, maybe in October I'll restart Burn 2 (which I abandoned).
Ok, I think I have some pretty interesting and varied stuff for you today, if you feel like perusing. First of all, since it was just Labor Day in the US, have you ever heard of the time there was a strike in space?
It is commonly accepted that in caveman times man was the hunter while women took care of the children and foraged. However, looking more closely at the data, this hypothesis doesn't seem to hold much weight. This article also goes into how, actually, estrogen also plays an important part in athletic performance and how under studied female athletes are, compared to male ones. Food for thought.
