Does anyone do 'micro' or short FB workouts regularly?
Hi everyone, started a new job in Oxford, UK. I have to commute from london which does take a lot of time out of my day. I have some lower back issues and my physio says that core and glute activation workouts will help. Issue is that I am so short on time now. Does anyone do short FB workouts (say 10-20 mins per day)? Do they help? I found a few including a 'abs bootcamp' series from the early days of FB. My request to the FB team is to do a programme or a challenge of short workout videos. I have tried a few of the challenges but the workouts tend to be a bit on the longer side of things.
