I hope you are all shining today because life is just to short to do anything else. Sorry for the language in the quote, but I couldn't find it without swear words.
I feel very shiny today. My antibiotics finally kicked in and my face doesn't look like a battle ground anymore. Since the little ones are gone my eating behaviour normalized a lot. So some peace at this front as well. And I regained a lot of strength, which I wasn't explicitly working on, but when Martine asked us about our small achievements, I realized that I improved a lot since we are back from Thailand. And this evening is the first swing dance meeting. It's just a meeting to go through the routine for our performance. But I'm very excited. Only problem is, it is at 8 pm in Cork. And I have to get up at 2am to catch my flight early in the morning to Austria. That will be a very short night. I will power nap during the flight because I need to run a workshop tomorrow evening. I will go back home Saturday morning. I prefer to keep it my travel short this time.
Workout maybe. Maybe a walk. Depending on the available time.
Now enough bubbling. What about you? Where are you with your fitness journey? Do you have any small goals you like to achieve? Or just going with the flow and see where life moves you to.
