Week 2 of the 10-Day Barre and Strength Training Fusion Challenge

Hello there! How is everyone doing? 

With week 1 of the Barre and Build 10-Day Challenge under our belts, you've been able to experience for yourself the benefits and notice the differences between traditional strength training and barre. We've got more fun times in store this week! 

WEEK 2 - an average of 41.6 minutes/day with an average difficulty of 3.6

You'll notice more level 4 workouts than level 3 workouts this week as we progress difficulty into this second week. We'll take a breather for active recovery in the middle of the week (day 8). These new workouts will continue to help you improve body awareness, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and more! 

This week provides another great blend of focus areas and a combination of barre and strength training. What have you been enjoying most about the fusion of these two training types? 

Once again, I'll be doing my best to check in on this post as well as the workout comments to provide encouragement! Continue to take these workouts at your own pace, whatever helps you make it to the finish line. 🎉
