Daily Check-in: Tuesday, Dogust 27th

Hello there, Blenderz. How goes your Tuesday?

Monday was crazy busy and today might not be much different, so let's get to checking in, talking 'bout things such as....

Workouts! ..I'm fairing on the core and recovery side today. Too tired to commit to anything else and that's okay. But what about you?

And what about food? I could see myself eating a nice salad and a hamburger. And that's about as far as I got with my food.
