Good morning everyone it's been really cold in the morning but warm by around the afternoon but the nice thing is that it's suppose to start getting warmer this week which is nice. Everything is really enjoying this cooler weather that we are having but it feels like it's already fall and we haven't started fall yet but it feels like that weather wise we open up the house around the afternoon when it's warmer and close it up at night when it's too cold. The program that I'm currently doing is kicking my butt and by the end of each workout my whole body is feeling it usually in more spots than others, but that just means it will take that certain muscle or muscles longer to recover or heal from the workout that I had for that day.

I've been seeing lots of different types of animals all along the side of the road or under trees hiding in the shrubbery or standing out in a field with cows just eating the grass. It's just so cool to see all the different types of animals out in the fields when your driving around on the road.
