HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group August 25th
Hello beautiful Blenders,
I hope today will be a good day for all of us and that all who had bad sleep finally slept better.
I feel very accomplished. We managed to get so much done the last couple of days. It is very satisfying. I might take a broom and go over the driveway again. Yesterday the wind got so strong that the leaves from our hedge cutting flew everywhere.
No inline skating 😞 But if I can find shoes or sandals that work, maybe a walk. Basketball for my 13 year old will start again today. That means a lot of driving. Half of the main road is a building site at the moment. So we have to use the back roads through the country site. Our road connection to Cork is a disaster. The main road goes through the villages instead of bypasses and there are just too many cars. No matter what time in the day, you always stand and get stuck in severe traffic jam. They are planning a new road but that can take ages. I probably will be a pensioner when it is ready.
Anyway enough of my infrastructure issues.
What have you planned for today. Will you include some self-care and some workouts? I will do some kind of strength and more dance practice but with socks, no shoes 😁
