I never thought I was a “Pilates person”. Recently I had some muscle strain and needed a change from my usual routine. Pilates has been fantastic for strengthening without injury. And oh my I can tell a difference in my core! I feel so thankful to have FB with access to different types of fitness routines. Thank FB!
