HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group August 21st
Good morning Blendfriends.
How are we feeling on this late summer morning? Are you planning to kick some ass today? I don't think I am. Well. maybe I can kick but I definitely cannot punch. My poor triceps are screaming at me. My right is worse than my left. I need to use my left to help lift it up!
Today is a recovery day of sorts. I know What you're saying...she just got back to it! I was probably over-training before and the new plan is less is more. I will do more walking, which is less strenuous on the body but still exercise with the bonus of fresh air. So today I walked to work instead of biking. I did an upper-body-focused stretch this morning and will also walk after work for some extra fresh air. My feet hopefully lead me to a store to pick up a few things I need. So I am killing two birds with one stone.
Work is a hot mess right now. Broken equipment, my student helper has the week off and then there is the usual nonsense. Feels like it never ends.
