In the workout, we utilize descending intervals to create a fun mental challenge. We will focus on just one exercise at a time and work through 3 rounds — 40 seconds, 30 seconds, and 20 seconds — with the intention of bringing a bit more intensity with each passing round.
Light dumbbells are optional but recommended (I use 3lb weights) and this is a level 3 difficulty that can be easily scaled with a few simple tweaks. Exercise selections are all low-impact (no jumping) and all-standing making this a super accessible, joint friendly routine.
