I've been out of touch here, so fill me in, Blendfriendz. Where are you on your fitness journey? How are you?
I've been slacking and unmotivated to workout. It's very unlike me, but I realized I've been going pretty hard on my workouts for a while. Plus I've had a tough and tiring couple weeks. So Kayla's recent challenge could not have come at a better time. I was able to convince myself to commit to 10 minutes a day last week and go easy. I loved it. Better than not moving, better than working out intensely. I was also able to rest more and am feeling better.
So it's a brand new week and I'm feeling like getting back at it with Tasha's latest!
But what about you? Share it all!
And share what you are eating! ..I haven't been eating that great and it has been all over the place. And I think that has been affecting my mood as well. Going to have my coffee and figure all that real food stuff out later.
