R3: Day 50 of Not Eating Out

Hi! I'm going to start a new round, focused on saving money via cooking indoors.

I have a ton of frozen vegetables and some frozen fish (unsure if they're good or not at this point), so I could feasibly just make food myself! I'm very happy with my lunch - a Carbonaut bread sandwich with tons of fiber and then protein from turkey.

I also have been making slow cooker meals and keeping them on warm for days because of pure laziness and eating it for dinner, but I found out how bad that was and had to throw away the meat, unfortunately.

I think I'll focus on slow cooker meals and NOT put them on warm for days, since it's apparently bad for you.

I'll be more detailed about the food I make over the week and if I ate out or not from now on!

Started doing FB Fit R1 and am on the third week, which has been motivating me to really, really focus on diet. As soon as I'm past PMS, I lose all interest in chocolate, but when I am PMSing, all I want is nonstop chocolate. I bought a ton of chocolate-y food: ice cream sandwich bars, lava cakes, and pudding. But as soon as I got my period, I lost interest and put everything in the freezer - I need to start eating food/clean the freezer since it's getting to be too much.
