Hello again lovely blenderers… a lovely sunny-with-clouds day here, it will be a nicely warm 24 degrees centigrade. The beach will be busy today, but probably not “walk-over-the-heads-beach” busy, which I hate. A seaswim is definitely on the cards, but it will have to be a relaxing one, as I have a pickleball tournament this afternoon. That will be quite a nice workout for me today. Right, over to you now though, because that’s what we want to know and why you are here: what’s on your FB calendar for today? An FB workout? A custom workout? An empty day? Anything goes as you know.

Food: I know today (wow, right?!)! We are having a spinach and feta galette with chips and a salad, as we have a friend coming over for board games. Don’t ask me for the recipe though as it has come from the “homemade frozen food” shop. I cheated today, it’s just so nice that that shop provides a wonderful shortcut to healthy delicious food.
